Long welded rails
Vossloh sells flash-welded long rails up to 210 meters in length (standard quality or head-hardened) in all the common profiles. We can perform all the standard procedures for cutting, welding, straightening and drilling through rails. We produce around 200 000 tons – or 3200 km of long rail – every year. The latest technology is used to ensure that the geometry, metallurgical structure and load capacity of our rails is of the highest quality.
