Transition joints
We manufacture transition joints in the factory for all common rail profiles. Controlled compression and flash-butt welding (alternatively, manual or aluminothermic welding) are used to create a transition between rail sections of different profiles or steel quality.
We can also produce transitions between grooved rails and Vignole rails on request. Transitions are available either integrated into the rail string or in standardized rail lengths.
